What does this miracle of nature called pollen offer you?
Bee pollen contains more than 250 biologically active substances, including proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants.
Pollen color varies from bright yellow to black. Pollen grains, depending on the plant species, differ in shape, color, size and weight. The shapes of the grains are diverse: round, cylindrical, bell-shaped, triangular or spiny.
Raw pollen contains granules in their purest form and exactly the way the granules were transported by foraging bees, without any intermediate processes.

Are there contraindications?
Both grass and raw pollen collected by bees will not affect your allergies! On the contrary, exposing your body to bee pollen and bee bread will help your body adapt and better tolerate airborne pollen.
Consumption recommendation:
Children (over 3 years) 1 teaspoon/day, adults 1 tablespoon/day, preferably before breakfast.
Raw pollen must be immediately stored in a cold place to avoid spoilage and to maintain its nutritional qualities. Freezing is a process that does not affect the chemical composition of raw pollen, being the most recommended technique for its preservation.
