RETURN POLICY

Return of Products

The return of the products ordered to our company must be notified by phone, by e-mail or in writing (form model) by post, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the products.

The direct costs of returning the products (transport costs, packaging, etc.) are borne by the consumer. The returned product must be intact and show no signs of use.

The product must be in perfect condition and without signs of damage. After receiving the returned products, our company is obliged to return the money within 14 calendar days.

Product warranty

Gourmify guarantees the integrity of the products ordered from the website, including during transport and until delivery to the address specified by you.

The products are accompanied by the original warranty certificate issued by the importer or supplier. Warranty duration varies by product and supplier.

Defective products, under warranty or post-warranty, are replaced or repaired, as appropriate, in accordance with the manufacturers' service policy and in compliance with applicable legislation.

Downtime extends the warranty period accordingly and runs from the time of notifying the seller or service unit until the product is returned to normal use and written notification is given to pick up the product.

Exchanges

We do not carry out product exchanges, but we can replace the product if it has reached you damaged due to the transport provided by us.
