It was born from our "Visnadello Foglie bread leaves", in the restaurant run by the Albertini family in Treviso, in the Italian and Venetian tradition. We follow a new concept of bread making, where the ingredients are carefully selected for their nutritional properties and with the aim of a healthy diet: in fact we believe that production in a simple and healthy way, respecting the environment and humanity, will make a good product by default .
