Quartz Rose Pinot Noir - extra dry - 0.75L

Rose Quartz is a sparkling wine defined by a rose-salmon color with a perfume reminiscent of raspberry cherries, it amazes with a clean and savory aftertaste with inflections of black currants. The sparkling wine is made with the intention of giving pleasant sensory surprises at any time of the day.

*Quartz sparkling wine is made by the Charmat method, of fermentation with natural yeasts in pressurized tanks. Baza wine made from Pinot Noir grapes harvest at the optimal time to retain the acidity so necessary to our sparkling wine. Gravitational pressing followed by natural deburring in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation takes place under the action of selected yeasts directed by temperature control and the mastery of the oenologist. The obtained wine is re-fermented in pressure tanks to capture the bubbles naturally. Isobaric bottling at -5°C to preserve freshness and fruitiness.
