Bacanta Sauvignon Blanc Fume presents a mineral nose with a slight citrus aspect. The primary aromas of lime, green apple and pomelo are in perfect harmony with the vanilla notes specific to aging in French barrels. Tastewise, the wine is balanced with a medium body, just the right acidity and well-integrated alcohol. Intense with an unmistakable unctuous aftertaste. "Sur Lie" is the method that allows us to obtain elegant, fine wines. Wines with varietal typicality and, last but not least, complex wines with a savory aftertaste. The wine has a discreet aroma specific to oak plus fine notes of yeast and the taste is enriched by the batonage process.
