Bacanta Chardonnay Barrique is an elegant wine that presents a complex aroma of apple, pear and white peach complemented by the scent of exotic notes of anise, orange peel and candied figs. The unctuous texture, due to the malolactic fermentation, which pleasantly combines the moderate acidity with the fullness of the wine. Intense and balanced, this wine impresses with a very long aftertaste.
"Sur Lie" is the method that allows us to obtain elegant, fine wines, wines with varietal typicality and, last but not least, complex wines with a savory aftertaste. The wine has a discreet aroma specific to oak plus fine notes of yeast and the taste is enriched by the batonage process.
