We took the energy and dynamism of the passion to innovate, added the flavor of raisins and revived the bonhomie of desserts into a precious, sweet wine.
Ambra Sarba Sweet Wine is a white dessert wine obtained by natural dehydration of grapes, a process that allowed us to concentrate the sugars at over 400 g/l and preserve the natural acidity specific to the Cotești area. With a yield of up to 30%, the resulting must was slowly fermented and matured in new French oak barrels for 14 months with batonage to add complexity and creaminess.
It is especially suited to desserts and fine cheeses and has borrowed the amber color of autumn sunsets.
