Origin Turo

This product was designed after a traditional Romanian product, bellows cheese. We can say that it is the elegant version of the bellows cheese. It is less spicy and less salty.

Kneaded cheese is a product that contains only ripened cheeses in different stages of ripening, without rennet or other components. It contains 60% fresh cheese, removed from the brine and 40% matured cheeses in different stages of maturation. It is a perfect alternative for those who do not like the characteristic taste of bellows. Kneaded cheese by Arkäse is made from 100% cow's milk.

Serving recommendation :

Ripened semi-fat cheese from cow's milk. Cheese rosettes cut with a girolle are used to decorate cold platters, in soups and main courses, and next to dry white wine. In addition, it can be passed through extra virgin olive oil and served with grilled bread.
